Return Policy

At Snack 'n Dash, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.( You May use your order number as reference). To start a return, you can contact us at info@snackndash.co.za. 

How Dose Our Return Work 

When you request for a return, you may encounter two situations. 

1. When a customer received their order and noticed that they have made an incorrect purchase. You may return that item within 30- days, although our management will request for the customer to pay for the shipping in order to have that item returned.

2. If a customer receive their order and they noticed that an item was packed incorrectly by us and is different to what they have order, they may contact us and we will arrange with our courier service to pick up the incorrect item and also ship the correct item back to the customer without requesting for the customer to pay for shipping.

We will not accept any Items sent back to us without requesting a return in the first place as we have to make reference with the order number and the item that is on request to return.

 Damage And Issues

Upon receiving your order, we advise to double check your order and make sure every item is correct. If any item is damaged or has any issues, you may contact us and inform us on the damage item or if a item has any problem and our management will advise you on how we will sort out the damaged product. 

PLEASE NOT THAT A PICTURE OF THE ITEM AS WELL AS THE BARCODE WILL BE REQUIRED WHEN DEALING WITH DAMAGED GOODS OR GOODS THAT HAS AN ISSUE.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We will not accept any returns on products that have passed their expiry dates and without their original packaging. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 Exchanges

If one has received an item/ items, that was purchased incorrectly and you wish to exchange it,  you may contact us to request an exchange on that  particular item. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A POSSIBLITY OF PRICE DIFFERENCE AT TIME WHEN REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE!!

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@snackndash.co.za.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We will investigate each return case on an individual basis but remains at our sole discretion. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Expired goods cannot be returned.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or incorrectly pack for reasons due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address supplied by us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over R750, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
