Shipping Policy

Not sure how the shipping works at Snack 'n Dash, no need to worry, we have it all displayed for you have that you ca get your favourite items and try new ones with a safe shipping.

Snack 'n Dash thrives to provide the best shipping options at a low rate, throughout South Africa. 

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order and order confirmation email, that will notify you that your order was successfully place as well as an order status. once your order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be attached to your order status and you will receive and email on an updated tracking number.

At Snack 'n Dash, we support and use a well known courier service known as " The Courier Guy".

Shipment Processing time

Once Snack 'n Dash receives your order, we make it every effort to dispatch your order as soon as possible. you may expect a processing time of 1-3 business days ( Monday- Friday). Once your Order is complete, and is booked via the courier guy, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. 

Shipping Delivery Time

At Snack 'n Dash, we make it our duty for our customers to have the least amount of delivery time as possible, with a 2-5 business days ( Monday-Friday). We also have an order cut-off time at 1pm everyday to try and dispatch the orders on the same day. At times, an order may take longer than usual for the courier service if we are informed that there has been a miscommunication or an order been transferred to the wrong kiosk.

Weekends & Public holidays

Yes, at Snack 'n Dash we receives order over the weekends as well as public holidays. Note that these order will be fulfilled and dispatched the following business day and within our process and transit times.

Shipping Cost

All order valued Above R800.00 will receive FREE SHIPPING!

 Our Standard shipping valued below R399.00 will be charged an amount of R80. 

A shared shipping for orders valued from R400-R799.00 will be charged an amount of R60

All order will be shipped directly to our customers doors within 3 to 4 working days.

Orders that are placed over the weekend, will all be shipped out on a Monday.
